Local Names 1.5 Update

I haven’t spoken much about it, but I’ve been working on Local Names 1.5 on every bus trip. I estimate I spend 80% of my time making decisions, and 20% of my time coding. (Which, … is a little unusual in my coding projects.) Some of the decisions I have made include:
The form of links will be Lion’s Blog. The other rel tags are “ln-pattern”, “ln-namespace”, and “ln-ignore”. (These are not set in stone.) I will not make a brand new core; Rather, I’ll be making alternations to the old one. I performed an inquiry into which was the better idea, and found that relatively minor modifications to the existing system should be sufficient, if slightly odd. [..]
