Entering politics in the U.S.A.

via Slashdot comes the story of this bold use of a wiki, for politicals. Different than the academic experiment at 3rd Party posted about earlier, or the idelogical sweep from the Green Party of Canada, living platform, Pete Ashdown is running against Orin Hatch for senate. He is using his internet cudos to leverage the campaign by using a weblog and a wiki. Dennis Kucinich set up a wiki several years ago, but it was more an experiment in CivicActions, rather than a wiki for his campaign for presidency. This will be interesting indeed!
