2006-11-01 rcirc Colors: rcircColoredNicks fixed, oddmuse.el broken on Windows.

I fixed rcircColoredNicks for the latest EmacsW32 (which uses the pretest to build, yay!).I also noticed that OddmuseMode doesn’t work on Windows because the shell sucks. Perhaps I should not use shell-command-on-region. Tags: Emacs
